I do this more than anything else......[SIEπŸ’‘]

There's one thing I spend more time doing than anything else in my business: SIMPLIFYING

Creating systems and processes so I don't have to use my precious (and sometimes in short supply) brainpower is a high priority for me. And, quite frankly, I love it.

The thrill of the tipping point when something becomes easier and routine is just so good.

➑️If you know that simplifying your business systems and routines will help you grow, book a Discovery Call with me to see how we can work together.

TIPS TO WORK BETTER

1. We all know by now that having a professional-looking profile picture for your social media account is a must (please no blurry bar photos where you cropped out your friend standing next to you). But did you know there's actual science behind choosing your best profile picture? There is - and it's why you see so many of them with bright backgrounds right now. Read more here.

2. In 2021 I used the Full Focus Planner exclusively. Towards the end of the year, I found myself dropping off using it's pages and resources. I tried 5 different planners in 2022 in an effort to try and jump start my love of prioritizing and planning my work... and I didn't really like any of them that much. It made me realize that it's not the planner β€” it's me. So for the last quarter of 2022 I've jumped back into using the FFP and I'm loving it again. So much so that I went ahead and bought the yearly subscription for the entirety of 2023. Shop the Full Focus Planner store if you're in the market for a new physical planner to start 2023.

3. Does the world of online business feel like a gigantic Ponzi scheme to you? It does to Alex Lull and many others. This Twitter conversation was fascinating and shows how important it is to 1) build your discernment muscle when it comes to who you learn and buy from online, and 2) know that if you feel this way you're not alone.

TIPS TO LIVE WELL

1. According to Merriam-Webster, the most searched word of 2022 is "gaslighting". Wow. If that doesn't say so much about where our collective consciousness is right now, I don't know what does. I posted on LinkedIn about it, and got a surprising number of thoughts and reactions from people. Click here to drop your thoughts.

2. I came across Heidi Priebe on YouTube the other day and I went deep into the rabbit hole of armchair psychology and self-reflection. While it's probably not healthy to spend all day picking apart your own emotional habits and triggers, having some awareness around why you are the way that you are can help break old patterns. Watch this video on 5 Tools For Building A Healthy Relationship With Yourself.

3. Are you a sibling? Then you need to be following TJ Therrien for the laughs. He does these oldest/middle/youngest child skits that are scary-accurate and hilarious. You won't be sorry and you'll probably send a few to your own siblings.
