1:1 Marketing Coaching for Women in Business

Marketing That’s Worth Your Time

I help women in business stop treating marketing like another full-time job. We find what's working, cut the rest, and get you back to the work you love doing. 6 weeks, 1:1.

Support by voice message on Voxer or WhatsApp, and no weekly Zoom calls to squeeze into your calendar.

As Seen In

You’re about to tear your dry-shampooed hair out because…

  • - ✘ -

Marketing eats the hours you meant for client work, so everything feels urgent, nothing feels done, and your evenings disappear into catch-up.

  • - ✘ -

You're buried in marketing ideas, tasks, and tools, and you still can't say which one brought in your last client.

  • - ✘ -

You've color-coded the calendar and made the to-do list, and your day still gets hijacked by posting for an algorithm you'd happily never open again.

  • - ✘ -

You're drowning in pressure to do it all, and some days a job with a paycheck and a clock-out time sounds incredibly appealing.

If all that sounds uncomfortably familiar, you’re in the right place.

Good Marketing Starts With Your Data

I go through your numbers (yes, the ones you've been meaning to look at for months) and tell you straight which marketing tasks bring in clients and which ones you can stop.

Then we build a plan around the parts that work, so marketing takes up less of your week and your evenings go back to being yours.

Six weeks, 1:1, all by voice message.

Meet Cara Chace: Author, Speaker and Coach

I'm the author of The Social Media Burnout Cure, a speaker on what chasing the algorithm costs business owners, and a coach who's been doing digital marketing since before Instagram existed.

My work sits at the intersection of marketing, burnout, boundaries, and simplification. Those four show up together in every business I work with: when the marketing is clear, the time crunch eases, boundaries get easier to hold, and the whole business gets simpler to run.

All of my work comes back to one question: is this worth your time, energy and attention? I ask it about every platform, every post, and every plan, and I help women in business ask it about their marketing.

Kirsten R., a 1:1 coaching client of Cara Chace, smiling in a tan top

“RUN, don't walk to grabbing an opportunity to work with Cara.”

"I LOVED communicating through Voxer SO MUCH. It made my 'now or never', rambling ADHD brain feel so safe and excited to actually stick to working with her to grow, rather than getting overwhelmed by trying to summarize my thoughts and reflections in an email, or scramble to fit another video call or coffee meeting into my schedule (then dread it so much I end up making an excuse to reschedule it anyways.)

If you're stretched thin and have so much you want to accomplish, but it feels just out of reach (and you have a sneaking suspicion the problem is your own hot mess-ness)...RUN, don't walk to grabbing an opportunity to work with Cara."

— Kirsten R., Coaching Client

"Her knowledge of online marketing and business is so extensive and her primary goal is to help you succeed. She is honest, trustworthy, and over-delivers every time."

"Now I feel confident about what my next step should be. I now have a road map to keep my business running smoothly."
